Información sobre el comercio de tokens

- digital signs (tokens) (hereinafter referred to as tokens) are traded, by default, 24/7 (however trading of certain tokens in some periods of time, defined by Dzengi CJSC might not take place). Quotation list is placed below and contains all tokens that are admitted to trading in tokens on the cryptoplatform (trading platform) “Dzengi.com” (hereinafter referred to as the Dzengi.com trading platform);

- Dzengi CJSC participates in trading in tokens organized on the Dzengi.com trading platform. In this regard, Dzengi CJSC discloses the existence of conflict of interest and reports on the following measures taken to eliminate it in accordance with the Regulations on the procedure for managing a conflict of interest arising in the activities of Dzengi сlosed joint stock company: entrusting the obligation to carry out transactions in the process of trading tokens to employees specifically identified for this, introduction of the necessary information barriers and the implementation of additional control over the actions of the said employees; 

- any tokens that are admitted to trading in tokens on the Dzengi.com trading platform can be owned by Dzengi CJSC, its employees, property owner, founder (shareholder) or beneficial owner, or owned by Dzengi CJSC under agency agreement, commission agreement or another intermediary agreement. Herewith the quantity of tokens possessed by these persons may constitute five or more per cent of the total aggregate quantity of such tokens (i.e., the total quantity of created tokens of such type);  

- all tokens created by Dzengi CJSC, its founders (shareholders) independently on their own behalf (without giving instructions from other persons) or with the assistance of third parties (contractors) are admitted to trading in tokens;

- depending on the types of tokens, to ensure the performance of its obligations under them, Dzengi CJSC, with the help of partners, acquires real assets and (or) derivative financial instruments.
