Account deletion process

This page explains the steps you should take to request deletion of your account in our mobile applications: “Dzengi.com - Crypto Exchange” and “Dzengi Investing”.

You can deactivate your account in the Settings if your account's balance equals zero (Account -> Settings -> Close account).

If your balance is more than zero, please send a relevant request to us at [email protected] from the email address you used to sign up. We would appreciate if you could tell us the reason why you want to close your account. We always strive for a customer-oriented approach and value every client. Therefore, your feedback will be extremely important so that we can make Dzengi.com better.

Please be aware that according to the current data protection regulations of our local authorities (Republic of Belarus), AML (anti-money laundering) risk assessment providers, and Article 8.1 of the Privacy Policy we are required to store client’s personal data for at least 5 consecutive years from the date of the account termination. After the expiration of this period, your data will be automatically deleted from our system. Your personal data is kept safe and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
