Legal framework
Under Decree No. 8, legal entities may legally invest in tokens through residents of the High-Tech Park (HTP). Companies may hold tokens on the platform or in their own wallets.

Simplified taxation system and cryptoassets
The simplified taxation system is incompatible with cryptoassets: any token transaction disqualifies a legal entity from using this tax regime (subclause 2.2.7 of Article 324 of the Tax Code).

Payments for goods and services using tokens
From 18 July 2026, token payments under foreign trade contracts with non-residents are permitted through cryptobanks in the cases specified in Resolution No. 288/13. Please note that the Dzengi platform is not a cryptobank.

General taxation system
Operating under the general taxation system. The simplified taxation system is incompatible with cryptoassets: any token transaction results in loss of eligibility for the simplified taxation system.

A verified source of income from core business activities, sufficient to generate the funds allocated to investment transactions.
