This Cookies Processing and Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the policy of “Dzengi” Closed Joint-Stock Company, registered (incorporated) in the Republic of Belarus under number 193665666 (hereinafter referred to as the Company), regarding the use and processing of Cookies when users visit the Company's Website https://dzengi.com on the global computer network Internet (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
Cookies are text files saved in the browser of the computer (mobile device) of the Website user when the user visits the Website to reflect the actions performed by the user. Cookies allow to save the user's personal settings and user preferences for using the Company's Website.

The purposes of Cookies processing are:

Information collected using statistical Cookies cannot identify the user. The storage period for statistical Cookies is 1 year.

Cross-border transfer of personal data
As part of the analytical work, the Company assigns the processing of Cookies to the following organizations:

In order to provide the Company with information and analytical services based on the User's consent, cross-border transfer of information collected using Cookies is carried out to these organizations.
At the same time, the registered offices of the organizations specified in part one of this clause are located in the United States of America, on which territory an appropriate level of protection of personal data subjects rights is not provided.
The list of foreign states on which territory an appropriate level of protection of personal data subjects rights is provided is determined by the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
Consent to the use of cookies
